How to Submit a Support Ticket
To get help please login to your site control panel and click on submit support ticket. Priority is given to support tickets and pertinent information to your account is sent to us along with your description of your problem. We then can act immediately to resolve your problem. Remember your control panel can be reached by going to your domain; http://mydomain.com/cpanel
(substitute your actual domain name for mydomain.com)
DNS Settings
When changing your DNS to Charming Web please use the follwing DNS settings:
- ns3.thevirtualcompany.com
- ns4.thevirtualcompany.com
Email Settings
Web Mail
To check your mail on the web from any computer with an Internet connection, go to: http://mydomain.com/webmail
You have your choice between 3 web mail programs, Horde, Squirrel Mail and RoundCube.
Login: username@mydomain.com (for security you will use your whole email address).
Password: your password
To set up Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla thunderbird or similar program on your personal computer; use the following information:
- Incoming mail server (POP): mail.mydomain.com
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.mydomain.com
Use your login id and password.
If you need more email addresses you can go into your cp and add them just click the email icon. There is also a link to your web mail program.
To access your site or upload files via FTP
FTP address: ftp.mydomain.com
Initial remote directory /mydomain.com
